Job Description

As a Kitchen Manager at Moormill, you will play a crucial role in the success of the restaurant by leading a winning team and delivering exceptional service to guests.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and managing the Kitchen team
Manage stock control, food margins, and audits to high standards
Ensure spec and brand standards are met
Drive team performance through development and training
Champion change and innovation within the team

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar role
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
