Oversees the operations of a main store to include financial, sales promotions, personnel, inventory management and training responsibilities.
Supervises staff to ensure proper operation of facility and customer satisfaction.
Establish goals to maximize sales and productivity and minimize inventory costs.
Develops and mentors staff for future development.
Coordinates sales promotions activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Five years of progressive retail management experience, which includes at least one year of mid-level retail management experience within the last three years.
OR
Bachelor's degree and three years of progressive retail management experience, which includes at least one year of mid-level retail management experience within the last three years.
