Job Description

Oversees a group of store managers within a geographic region to maintain optimum efficiency and economy of operations based on goals set by region leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manages financial analysis, budgeting, and business planning activities.
  • Monitors performance of staff to ensure goals and targets are met.
  • Oversees the daily operations of the Exchange.
  • Develops, trains, coaches, and mentors managers and associates for future development.
  • Intervenes with military command elements which include command meetings, real property, master planning, and protocol.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Eight years of progressive retail/food/services management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Marketing and six years of progressive retail/food/services management experience.
  • Experience in Main Store Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, Sales & Merchandise Manager, Exchange Retail Business Manager, Exchange Business Manager, Branch Store, or Region Retail Program Specialist.
