The HWC Solution Advisor (SA) is responsible for generating, pursuing, closing, and delivering complex and integrated solutions across Health, Wealth, and Career (HWC) for Willis Towers Watson. They work with the Integrated and Global Solutions business to serve as expert client advisors helping strategic clients define and solve their most complex people and risk issues.
Responsibilities
Lead complex integrated sales opportunities with clients and prospects
Drive HWC revenue growth with current clients and prospects
Build a pipeline for integrated and/or global solutions
Develop human capital strategies with large multinational clients
Qualifications
Demonstrated track record of selling complex solutions
Experience in developing and leading delivery of complex client engagements
Strong collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills
Executive presence with excellent communication skills
