Job Description

The Warehouse Operative is responsible for ensuring orders are picked, checked, and packed for delivery to customers with maximum efficiency and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate picking, checking, and palletising of goods in a timely manner
  • Maintain correct stock location and labeling
  • Rotate dated stock
  • Assist with monthly stock takes
  • Maintain equipment and practice proper handling procedures
  • Provide customer service and address queries
  • Maintain site safety and report concerns to Warehouse Manager
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
  • Forklift license desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure
