Job Description

Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional looking for a role where you can take the lead to shape all things employee benefits globally? We are recruiting an Employee Benefits Manager to manage existing benefits and advise on future enhancements across global locations.

Responsibilities

Manage annual benefit renewals for various insurance and benefit schemes globally. Maintain internal relationships with local office management and payroll providers. Work with HR, Legal, third-party consultants, and finance to assess benefit offerings. Implement changes in benefits offerings and manage the Auto-Enrolment process for the UK.

Qualifications

Experience in managing employee benefits administration across multiple countries. Previous experience with payroll data management in a multi-country environment. Strong communication skills and capable Excel user.
