Job Description

Deliver national growth focusing on new business within a variety of sectors across the UK, creating long-term value for the Group. Main focus being around leading contractors within the construction, house build, and social housing sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Create, develop, and manage sales pipeline to identify current and future tender opportunities.
  • Develop strong working relationships with potential clients.
  • Work with the national team to deliver budgets.
  • Prepare and submit all PPQ and RFI responses, managing the tender process.
  • Submit reports in a timely manner.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market conditions.
  • Develop and articulate an effective sales proposition.
  • Conduct professional customer appointments, achieving a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements.
  • Respond to sales enquiries by phone, electronically, and in person.

Qualifications

  • Considerable sales experience at Senior Level.
  • Tender management and bid writing.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent Commercial Acumen.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Driven and tenacious.
