Job Description

Join Egis, a global consulting and engineering firm, as an HR Business Partner for the Architecture sector. You will be responsible for partnering with business managers to provide strategic HR inputs and support the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Act as the first line contact for managers and stakeholders regarding Employee Relations
Translate business needs into HR solutions and policies
Build relationships with stakeholders and influence them to incorporate HR activities
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to drive organizational success
Support HR training and development activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnership
Experience in a matrix environment and solid understanding of Employment Law
Ability to use HR data and metrics to inform decision-making
