Job Description

Join FirstPort as an HR Coordinator to play a pivotal role in elevating industry standards and providing exceptional service to customers in residential property management.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for employee enquiries related to the employee lifecycle
  • Provide support to the wider HR team including Payroll, Recruitment, HRBP, and HR Advisors
  • Manage employee onboarding processes, including right to work checks and reference checks
  • Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements
  • Run monthly system reports and manage the Visa process

Qualifications

  • Experience in relationship and customer stakeholder management
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Self-motivated and flexible with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Strong IT skills and ability to adapt to new technology
