Renaissance is a global leader in education technology providing assessments, practice and intervention solutions, and data analytics to schools worldwide. We are looking for a Relationship Development Executive to join our team in London.

Responsibilities

  • Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and conversion of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Nurture and develop opportunities through a consultative sales approach utilizing various communication methods
  • Consistently achieve against KPIs to support revenue targets
  • Track all qualification and lead management activity in the CRM & Prospecting Systems
  • Research accounts to identify key decision makers and generate interest
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide qualified opportunities to Sales Consultants

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales development within cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience in Education and/or B2B enterprise software
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tracking and reporting
  • Belief in data-driven sales and systems thinking
