Join our team as a Nursery Manager in Banbury, leading and inspiring a talented team to provide outstanding care and education to young children.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire staff through training and development
Implement systems for accurate reporting and monitoring
Ensure nursery meets occupancy and financial targets
Maintain high standards and keep database up to date
Oversee extracurricular activities and deliver EYFS curriculum
Take responsibility for safeguarding, child protection, and supporting SEND
Manage recruitment, rotas, attendance, and promote well-being

Qualifications

Previous experience in childcare management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures
Ability to work collaboratively and support staff development
