Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Operative and be part of a flexible multi-temp, shared customer delivery logistics network. Your role involves picking and dispatching goods accurately, ensuring quality and shelf life, and maintaining high standards in product stacking.

Responsibilities

The accurate picking and dispatch of goods using voice technology
Checking quality, shelf life and ensuring packaging is robust in preparation for delivery
Ensuring all products are assembled and methodically stacked to the highest standard for our clients
Working with all team members to ensure that corporate goals and operational KPI's are consistently achieved and maintained
Compliance with relevant legislation involved in Food Safety and Food Hygiene
Health and Safety and reporting procedures relevant to your role
Maintaining a clean work environment
Cooperating with other departments/depots to ensure maximum efficiencies are met
Adhering to all processes and procedures applicable to your role
Undertaking any other necessary duties

Qualifications

Enthusiastic, committed, and driven to achieve effective results and reach all targets
Pride in work and continuous improvement mindset
Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Flexibility in working a 5-day rolling rota shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays
