Job Description

Collegiate UK is seeking a General Manager to oversee Athena Hall in Ipswich, their only site in the area. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and passionate about delivering excellence in student accommodation.

Responsibilities

Achieve full occupancy for the accommodation each academic year
Deliver an exceptional experience to all customers throughout the sales process and beyond
Identify and build relationships with universities/student unions and other relevant organizations within Ipswich
Assist the site operations team with day-to-day management of the property to ensure a high level of customer service is provided to the students at all times

Qualifications

Track record in managing operations in student accommodation, hospitality, retail, or leisure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong commercial ability
High level of credibility, team leadership, and capability to deliver excellence
