Pilgrims Europe is seeking experienced Area Managers to join our Broiler team. The role involves overseeing the production of Broiler Farm chickens and ensuring targets are met.
Provide overall responsibility for the production of Broiler Farm chickens, support Farm Managers and Relief Farm Managers, ensure targets are met, uphold procedures and standards, communicate with stakeholders, oversee all aspects of husbandry, ensure stock produced meets required standards.
Previous experience in a similar role, strong decision-making skills, ability to work autonomously, strong people management skills, understanding of poultry welfare.
