  • Ensure quality, compliance, and delivery targets are met

  • Occasionally travel to conduct audits and quality checks

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales or product development
  • Knowledge of print, labels, badges, embroidery, and textiles
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • GCSE Maths & English (A-C) or equivalent
  • Consultative and relationship-focused approach
