Coaching and mentoring staff, motivating team to achieve targets, supporting Store Manager with daily operations, ensuring store procedures are followed, providing exceptional customer service.
Previous team leadership experience, passion for teamwork, flexibility in work patterns, interest in perfume and retail industry.
