Job Description

Join Farmfoods as a Retail Supervisor in our shop located at Greenwood Avenue in Hull. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Support the manager in leading the team and running an efficient shop.
Take responsibility for running the shop in the manager's absence.
Handle cash, place orders, and develop the team of retail assistants.
Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.

Qualifications

Friendly, positive, hard-working approach to work.
Ability to build strong working relationships.
Previous experience in retail supervision or similar roles preferred.
