Exciting opportunity to join North Devon Resort as a Facilities Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a premier holiday destination in Ilfracombe.

Responsibilities

Managing upkeep of all facilities including restaurant, swimming pool, shop, grounds, etc.
Overseeing maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and drainage systems.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinating with contractors for maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

Experience in facilities management in large, multi-unit environments.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
