Utilise People Analytics tools to provide insights and drive informed decision-making.
Lead OD initiatives that support continuous organisational change, delivering workshops and toolkits.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

Expertise in talent, OD, DE&I, learning, and leadership.
Proven success in embedding DE&I strategies and delivering OD interventions.
Strong data analysis skills to drive impactful HR decisions.
Experience managing multiple high-priority projects and engaging senior stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities.
