Job Description

CitySprint is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a team in maximizing performance and delivering against budget for the business. The role involves taking ownership of all associated processes, KPIs, and deliverables within the SME day-to-day function.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering against team targets for new business, retention, portfolio development, and appointments set for TMs
Ensuring team is appropriately resourced while meeting agreed KPIs and revenue targets
Acting as a support function for colleagues and ensuring adherence to workflow processes
Producing analytics for the Account Director and securing new business
Managing and reviewing the quality of outbound engagement through regular monitoring
