Responsibilities

Provide direct support to individuals with autism
Lead and mentor a team of Support Workers
Assist in developing care plans and promoting independence
Collaborate with families and professionals for quality care

Qualifications

Experience in supporting individuals with autism or similar settings
QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Flexible with shift patterns
