Job Description

Join Laithwaites as a Digital Merchandiser and drive online sales growth by delivering a seamless onsite experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse key product and category trends from internal and external search data
  • Monitor search/category/landing page CTRs and CVRs and improve performance
  • Champion customer journeys and experience through the optimisation of promotional campaigns/pages online
  • Ensure product details are captured, displayed, and optimised effectively for customers
  • Collaborate with commercial departments to simplify digital strategy and propositions
  • Brief online creative and manage ad-hoc changes to the website

Qualifications

  • Substantial digital merchandising or digital marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of the online customer journey and consumer behaviour
  • Demonstrable ability to interrogate data and make data-led decisions
  • Working knowledge of SEO and performance marketing
  • Experience with Digital Merchandising or search/browse platforms
  • Experience with analytic tools like Adobe, PowerBI or Google Analytics
