Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Private Client team while providing direction and mentorship.
Manage a diverse range of private client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts, and Probate.
Deliver exceptional client care ensuring efficient handling of all matters.
Supervise and support junior staff including paralegals and assistants.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, agents, and colleagues.
Expand the team and enhance the Private Client offerings.

Qualifications

STEP Qualification (or actively pursuing).
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience with a solid track record in managing complex private client matters.
Extensive experience in wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney.
Strong ambition to build and lead a team with a vision for departmental growth.
Outstanding communication skills and ability to form strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
