Job Description

The SAS Doctors Training Programme Director is responsible for managing and overseeing the educational development programmes for SAS doctors in the region, ensuring compliance with set standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a network of SAS Tutors
Chair bi-annual SAS Steering Committee
Member STC and SAS & LED Board
Develop and manage Regional educational training programmes
Manage funding for individual development of SAS doctors
Support quality improvement projects and educational activities

Qualifications

Medical degree
Experience in medical education
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of NHS policies and procedures
Excellent communication skills
