Job Description

Join Cult Beauty as a Junior Merchandiser to work closely with the Merchandising and Buying team in the beauty industry. Take on responsibility for Stock and Intake Strategy, Planning, and Management of Stock Profile to support business KPIs.

Responsibilities

Develop department strategy with the Buyer to maximize profit
Review KPIs regularly to ensure YTG plans are realistic
Manage order placement and intake for on-time product launches
Forecast new product launches for optimum profit
Build a strong network cross-functionally within the business

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience at AM level
Experience in managing multiple brands simultaneously
Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel
Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
