The People HR Coordinator role involves providing first-line HR support within the business, maintaining HR trackers and databases, and coordinating various People function provisions such as L&D, ED&I, and Wellbeing.
Provide first-line HR support, maintain accurate HR data and systems, conduct HR reporting, administer benefits, coordinate L&D, assist with ED&I and Wellbeing programs, and coordinate the people forum.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, degree or CIPD qualifications, knowledge of HR best practice and employment law, strong communication skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
