Job Description

Join us as a Store Manager at White Rose, a chain of recycled fashion stores supporting The Aegis Trust charity. Drive day-to-day store performance, lead the team, promote sustainability, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Know your marketplace and drive the day-to-day store performance
Ensure customer focus and coach the team on great customer service
Promote White Rose products through store social platforms
Lead and inspire the team with coaching and flexibility
Comply with legislation, policies, and procedures
Build strong partnerships and promote The Aegis Trust charity

Qualifications

Previous retail management/supervisory experience
Passion for sustainability and fashion
Positive, self-motivated, and excellent customer service skills
Creative flair for visual merchandising
Strong communication and organization skills
