Responsibilities

Develop and implement compensation strategy
Oversee pay-related processes
Manage bonus programs and incentives
Lead initiatives for pay transparency and compliance
Collaborate on process and system optimization

Qualifications

7+ years in Compensation & Benefits
Experience with rewards strategies and systems
Knowledge of European compensation practices
Ability to manage change and simplify processes
