Job Description

Join Co-op as a Customer Team Leader and be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping customers. You will lead the store team, deliver great customer service, and perform various tasks around the store.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and thoughtful customer service
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching and training
  • Ensure store safety, legality, and operational effectiveness
  • Support store manager and implement HR processes
  • Introduce new products and services in the store
  • Build relationships in the local community
