Job Description

Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Counter Manager for their store in Fareham, responsible for achieving retail objectives, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of Brow and Beauty Experts.

Responsibilities

Manage Brow and Beauty Experts by motivating staff, delegating roles, and ensuring sales targets are met
Achieve counter and service sales targets through customer connections, product demonstrations, beauty services, and repeat appointments
Organize promotions, special events, and stock management
Communicate effectively with store managers, maintain high levels of open communication, and complete necessary administration tasks
Ensure staff rotas, hygiene, and housekeeping are maintained

Qualifications

Availability to work weekends, late nights, bank holidays, and weekday shifts
