Job Description

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is recruiting for an experienced HR and Payroll Officer to work part-time in Driffield, East Riding.

Responsibilities

Onboarding new employees
Assisting with recruitment
Maintaining employee records
Carrying out Right to Work checks
Issuing and maintenance of HR documentation
Updating the Employee handbook
Setting up HR policies and initiatives
Keeping up to date with current legislation
Providing HR advice and support to managers
Assisting in disciplinary matters
Monitoring sickness and maintaining holiday records
Supporting managers in implementing change
Monthly payroll cycle

Qualifications

Experience working in HR and managing all HR areas
Running payroll and liaising with HMRC
CIPD Level 4 desirable
Organisational skills
Experience with industrial placements and use of agencies for temporary staff
Proficiency in Office, Word, Excel
