Job Description

Our client, a Project Management and Engineering Consultancy, is seeking a Principal Consultant (Associate Director level) to join their team. The role involves working with clients in Critical National Infrastructure to deliver programme and PMO services.

Responsibilities

Assess, advise, and deliver programme and PMO services for clients in Critical National Infrastructure.
Lead business change programmes, process mapping, and target operating model assessment and set up.
Design, develop, and implement a PMO inclusive of people, process, and systems.
Deliver strategic advisory services for transformations including organisation design and project management.

Qualifications

Experience in a consulting environment within Complex Infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of organisational and process design.
Hold relevant certifications such as APM PMQ, MoP, MSP, PRINCE2, P3O, PROSCI, Lean, Six Sigma.
