Join Tesco as a Team Leader in one of our Caf?s, where you'll be responsible for maintaining operational standards, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Maintain operational and safety standards
Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are met
Provide excellent customer service
Oversee full operations in the Manager's absence
Coach and develop team members
Boost sales and improve service for customers

Qualifications

Experience as a Team/Shift Leader in hospitality
Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety
Effective communication and multitasking skills
Initiative to improve ways of working
