We are looking for a Nursery Manager to oversee all aspects of nursery operations and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining exceptional standards in people management, commercial strategy, and educational excellence.

Responsibilities

Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
Be the Designated Safeguarding Lead
Ensure compliance with EYFS statutory requirements and Ofsted regulations
Lead the team to deliver high-quality education
Recruit, retain, and develop staff members
Build relationships with parents and drive occupancy levels
Manage nursery performance and budget
Engage with the local community and establish partnerships
Coach and guide team members
Adhere to company's H&S policy

Qualifications

Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
Experience in nursery management
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding policies
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to drive operational efficiency and financial performance
