  • Developing relationships with parents over the phone

  • Answering queries related to nurseries, educational programs, fees, and policies
  • Following up with potential members to maximize conversions
  • Responding to customer emails in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • A degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in customer service or sales roles
  • Target-driven with excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Gmail and proficient in email communications
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
