Job Description

Join Landmarc Support Services as a Team Leader responsible for leading a team of operatives in maintaining the Defence Training Estate. This role involves overseeing daily operations, patrolling designated areas, and ensuring the safety and operational effectiveness of the training estate.

Responsibilities

Line manage and support Training Area Operatives
Lead daily operations and task allocation
Participate in hands-on tasks and operate fleet vehicles
Manage warning systems and perform maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Maintain records and documentation
Undertake additional duties as required

Qualifications

Knowledge of patrol procedures and incident reporting
Experience in estate services or similar industry
Competency in grounds maintenance and plant machinery operation
Understanding of Health & Safety regulations
Basic IT proficiency
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Valid UK manual driving licence
