Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries, pricing requests, and delivery information.
Check addresses, pricing, discounts, and product availability.
Enter quotations, sales orders, and schedules.
Investigate credit requests and prepare credit notes.
Liaise with transport for order clearance.
Collaborate with external teams to promote stocks and increase sales.

Qualifications

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working in a team environment.
Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills.
Knowledge in Microsoft applications.
Full driving license.
