Job Description

Join our team at the Lead level 3 NICU for Surrey and part of the KSS Network, providing intensive care for babies. We are a friendly, diverse team dedicated to improving the quality of care for our patients.

Responsibilities

Promote and manage delivery of a quality nursing service in NICU
Assess patient care needs and develop care programs
Deputize for the Ward Sister/Charge Nurse and manage the unit
Take responsibility for an area of clinical practice
Rotate onto the Surrey and Sussex Transfer Service

Qualifications

RSCN/RNCB/RNAdult/RMidwife qualification
NLS qualified
Neonatal Critical Care course or equivalent
