Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Quantity Surveyor responsible for the commercial performance of projects in the Midlands, East of England & South East of England.

Responsibilities

Assist with scoping / quantifying works
Develop and manage contract budgets and forecasts
Promote good Project governance
Manage procurement of trade packages
Assist with subcontractor selection and procurement scheduling
Manage subcontractor and client valuation accounts
Prepare monthly cost/value comparisons

Qualifications

5+ years of Construction experience in a QS role
Degree Qualification
Experience in Retail & Leisure sectors
Good construction technology knowledge
Experience working with JCT suite of Contracts
