Assist the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations of the home
Manage staff team and monitor quality of care
Ensure compliance with external regulatory standards

Qualifications

NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care level 3/5
Experience with individuals with communication difficulties
Knowledge of CQC Regulations and Standards
