Job Description

Join Jemca Car Group as a Service Advisor at Toyota Edgware Road dealership. You will be responsible for managing customer service and vehicle repairs.

Responsibilities

Arrange and plan vehicle servicing and repairs for customers
Provide accurate estimates for costs and timescales
Work with dealership colleagues to offer the best service
Organize car collection and delivery
Upsell parts, accessories, and service plans
Update customers on workshop progress
Deliver excellent customer service and meet upsell targets

Qualifications

Experience in a Main dealer
Interpersonal skills and commitment to service excellence
Ability to work under pressure
Desire to achieve sales targets
Understanding of computer systems
