Responsibilities

Mentor and support Rituals Advisors
Interact directly with customers to ensure an optimal customer experience
Work alongside Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach personal and store goals

Qualifications

Prior experience as a supervisor or Team Leader within retail or hospitality
Strong motivation to reach performance targets
Customer-service mentality and team-player's work ethic
