Job Description

Serco is currently seeking dedicated and ambitious Security Officers for a high-profile Defence customer contract in Middlesex.

Responsibilities

Provide welcoming service and ascertain the requirements of visitors, contractors, or deliveries.
Control access and egress of vehicle traffic, visitors, contractors, and employees.
Assist in vehicle and baggage searches when delegated.
Conduct in-vehicle roving patrol duties.
Monitor CCTV screens in a control center to identify suspicious behavior.
Respond to and carry out emergency procedures as required.

Qualifications

Honest, reliable, and confident with a strong work ethic.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Physically fit and able to assess situations calmly.
Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points.
UKSV security clearance preferred.
SIA license desirable, training provided if needed.
