Provide escalation support for 1st Line Engineers. Ensure efficient management of service tickets with clear communication to clients. Meet Service Desk SLAs and work on client projects to enhance IT service delivery.
At least 3 years of experience as a Service Desk Engineer within an MSP. Strong diagnostic skills for hardware and software issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple cases. Proficiency in Windows 10/11, MacOS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure.
