Job Description

Join Giacom as a Customer Service Advisor and be part of a team that provides excellent customer service to technology resellers and service providers. Help in the installation of telecommunications services and ensure a smooth process for our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track orders from start to finish
  • Keep suppliers' portals updated for ordering and order updates
  • Liaise with resellers and suppliers to resolve issues
  • Escalate issues to suppliers to meet deliverable dates
  • Own customer issues and escalate when needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks when required
  • Handle incoming calls from resellers
  • Investigate root cause of issues and provide technical advice

Qualifications
