Spire Healthcare is seeking a HR Advisor to support the Patient Support Centre in Brentwood on a fixed-term contract. The role involves providing expert HR advice and guidance to colleagues and managers.
Being the initial point of contact for all HR matters and providing high-quality HR advice. Leading onboarding activities and managing employee relations issues. Supporting performance management and driving effective workforce planning.
Level 5 CIPD Qualification or equivalent. Demonstrable HR experience. Knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and disciplinary procedures.
