Dynamic and experienced Duty Manager needed to drive success and growth at award-winning Caernarfon SPAR store in North Wales.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe, legal, and high-performing store during shifts
Manage store operations, objectives, and KPIs
Coach and support colleagues to develop a motivated team
Lead team to provide exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

Previous management or supervisor experience in food retail
Committed to achieving exceptional customer service standards
