Join our team as a Senior Health Care Support Worker to provide practical nursing care for children with complex health care needs in the community, at home, or at school.
Deliver individualised care to children with complex care needs under supervision of a Registered Nurse. Work in a small team to provide support to health professionals working in continuing care. Work mainly unsocial hours and a mixture of days and nights.
Previous experience in caring for a child who requires long term care package is desirable. Ability to work well in a small team and on own initiative. Welsh language skills are desirable.
