Responsibilities

Develop and implement community engagement strategies
Create compelling communication materials
Lead training and support for EU markets and other regions
Plan and execute virtual and in-person community events
Collaborate across Marketing, Digital, and Commercial Operations
Monitor and analyze engagement metrics
Identify and nurture community champions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field
10+ years of experience in fast-moving goods or retail
Proven experience in community engagement and communications
Strong communication skills and ability to craft engaging content
Experience with Adobe tools, social media, content management, and analytics
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with a passion for community building
