Job Description

Join our client, a market leader, as a Credit Controller to manage the sales ledger, reduce debt, and handle associated administration tasks.

Responsibilities

Collect a range of debts via email and phone
Update client records with conversation notes
Communicate with Credit Control Manager and escalate issues
Report disputes and attend credit control meetings
Process and allocate receipts
Handle queries and complete adhoc tasks

Qualifications

Experience in Credit Control or similar role
Strong communication and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office
